Then, in the second step, the used paper is mixed with water chemicals in a pulping machine, where the pulp, a soft material, is created. After that, the mixed pulp is sifted to remove larger particles, resulting in filtered pulp, completing the first two stages of the procedure.
Next, the filtered pulp undergoes a cleaning process. The filtered pulp is poured through a tube into a large bath-shaped dish, where it is mixed with water and soap. Air is introduced to help remove ink and other contaminants, which results in cleaned pulp stored in a box-shaped container.
