The line chart illustrates the number of car thefts per thousand automobiles in four major countries, namely, Great Britain, Sweden, France, and Canada from 1990 to 1999. Overall, the crime cases in Great Britain and Sweden dominated of rating over the given period, while two other countries France and Canada remained the lowest ones. However, there can be observed three slight declines (in Great Britain, France, Canada) and only one significant growth (Sweden) in the chart.
Great Britain dominated the rate with average 18 per thousand vehicles in 1990, went through an erratic period from 1992 to 1996 and sharply declined to 16 per thousand ones at the end of decade. France and Canada were just above 5 per thousand means of transportation, at about 6 and 7 respectively at the beginning of the given period, nevertheless, France significantly rose, as well, experienced a period of volatility from 1991 to 1995, and returned the same point in 1999. Whereas, Canada plunged to 5 per thousand cars in 1993 and maintained the same level as France. Sweden ,unlike other countries, faced tremendous changes in car robbery, starting at 8 at first, reaching 14 per thousand vehicles after 10 years
