Overall, the plan calls for the total demolition of all the current premises, with new residential facilities replacing them, as result of which the site will be transformed into a housing area.
Currently, the site accommodates a few industrial and operational facilities. It can be accessed from Chimney Road to the north, via a reception block that leads to the inner yard. The factory itself is located on the eastern side of the area, parallel to Pie Walk, while on the opposite side (western), there is a parking area, overlooking Toe Lane. On the far southern end of the site, there is a storage facility and two rows of office blocks, with a canteen nearby.
After the redevelopment has taken place, the site will become a residential area. The factory will be knocked down to make way for an apartment block with a parking area to the north to be built. Where the current parking lot is situated, there will be three and four-bedroom houses, whereas three two-bedroom houses, in front of which a communal garden will be located is going to be constructed along with Chimney Road. The area now occupied by the office block stands will be taken by parking garages. All the premises will be connected with each other through private roads.
