Overall, there are seven steps in the process of jam from the fruit which can be divided into three main stages: starting with washing the fruit with a tap water and finishing with having breakfast with a jam.
It is also clear that, this process is complex, which requires some special equipment such as masher and time for preparation.
To begin with cleaning 4 kg of fruit in water, then it is sent to the machine, which is called a masher in order to mashe the fruit.
Once fruit has been mashed, which is poured into the pot with a ladge. During this stage, a few food products are added to the half-prepared jam, including a couple of peanuts, one fourth of a cup sugar and a cup of water. Then, all of them are mixed and heated under a high temperature with ten minutes.
After having finished to this process, other extra addictives are transferred to the pot again, for example, two cups more sugar and four cups of water. Following this, it is fired under a high temp within a half hour repeatedly.
In the last stage, a fruitful jam is poured into different containers, after that, all containers are closed with lid and they are kept within an hour. After all processes have been completed, a prepared jam is delivered to the families to have breakfast in mornings.
