how the recycled paper is made

The diagram illustrates the steps involved in the production of recycled paper.
Overall, this process is carried out in four main stages: making pulp, filtering, cleaning, making paper.
Initially, the used paper is collected in boxes and transported on a conveyor belt. From there, they are mixed with water and chemicals to remove any residue. Once made pulp, it moves to the next stage to filter the unfiltered pulp.
The next stage occurs at the cleaning field. Here, the pulp is mixes water and soap. Cleaned pulp appears in this process. At this time, air is continiously delivered to seperate the ink. Then it is combined with water and chemicals for further cleaning.
After removing excess water and chemicals, the pulp is shaped by heated rollers. At the making paper stage, ready material is dried on conveyor belt to seperate any remaining water. In the end. we can see recycled paper to use again for our necessity.
