The line graphs gives information about the adjustments in ownership of electrical appliances and how much time spent to do housework in families from 1920 to 2019.
Overall , the percentage of families having electric appliances showed an upward trend throughout the period, while number of hours spending on housework showed dramatic decrease.
Initially in 1920 people didn’t use the refrigerator, but its usage increased dramatically to 90% in 1960 and then to 100% in 1980 , after that it stayed constant until the end of the period. The rate of vacuum cleaner in households was 30% in 1920 , then every 20 years it climbed to 20% composing 100% in 2000 and 2019 years .
The rate of washing machines that families have showed some fluctuations during the whole period , starting with 40% , this rate grew to 70% becoming the same rate with vacuum cleaner in 1960 . In 1980 this percentage declined to 60%. After this fall this indicator started rising slightly and reached just above 70% in 2019
Number of house-working hours per week for per family declined throughout the period . It was 50 hours initially and in 1960 it decreased to 20 hours. Until the end of this period this figure continued falling steeply and composed 10 hours for per family.
