The river in the area supports farming activities, but the future plans propose replacing factories with houses and facilities like shops, a medical center, a playground, a school, and a bridge.
At present, the central part of the area features a roundabout surrounded by three factories. A road extends eastward from the roundabout, lined with several additional factories. To the north, there is a long river, and farmland is located beyond the river. To the west, there is a restricted town area. Additionally, a road at the bottom of the map connects to the roundabout.
In the future, Norbiton is planned to undergo urbanization, with all factories replaced by houses and public facilities. The central roundabout will remain, and a smaller roundabout will be added south of it. A medical center is planned next to this smaller roundabout. A school will be built at the eastern end of the road, while a children’s playground will be located between the road and the river. On the west side, a new road will be constructed, connecting to the main roundabout and lined with houses. A bridge is also planned to cross the river, and an apartment complex will be built on the far side of the bridge.
