Task 1

The given map compares the current structure of the industrial location in the Norbiton, as well as planned improvements of the site in the future.
Overall, most of the factories will be turned into public facilities over time, such as houses, shop, hospital, school and playground.
To begin with, currently, there are eight factories in total; three of them is located nearby the traffic circle and there is a enclosed street with four factories opposite to each other. Additionally, a big roundabout connects main road and the industrial territory. At the top of the map there is the river running through the farmland from east to wast which reaches post to the town and it divides area in two parts, one of which is farmland.
In the future, it is planned to set up shops, medical centers, playgrounds and schools instead of factories. New houses will be constructed along the streets. Moreover, the river that passes along the town will be divided by a new road constructed to connect the south part and the north part of the town. Therefore, the farmland that is located in the center will be relocated to the to the northeast.
