This, in turn, can be useful for employees with grueling schedules, helping them finish tasks before the deadline. They might get suggestions and help from Artificial intelligence, which gives them various advice and feedbacks that can contribute to success of the company in the future. Moreover, workers can find any information and questions on the internet related to their job.
However, there is further element which can benefit both staff and the workplace. Communication between the employer and the employee can improve worker’s confidence towards performance. When workers feel valued and respected, they may be inspired to do something that can contribute to the company’s development. Another beneficial point of employer-worker relationship is enhanced teamwork. Employees can have better work experience. So when they and employees work as a group, employers can give feedbacks and suggestions for the performance, while workers can provide ideas on innovations for the sake of the company.
In conclusion, while other factors, including technology and devices, might be effective for success of the company, I believe communication between employer and worker is the most important one as it can improve employee’s confidence, and teamwork.
