It is also evident that the design has been developed by introducing outdoor seating and expanding office spaces, making it more employee-friendly and efficient.
In the current layout, the office building offers relatively fewer facilities. The access is from the bottom, with four small offices located on the left-hand side of the entrance. Further from the entrance, there is a restroom, adjacent to which is a grassy area. Similarly, the western edge features another grassy area near the entrance, while the northern section accommodates a kitchen, a canteen, and a storeroom in a consecutive order.
In the future design, by contrast, several transformations are proposed, with the office building welcoming quite a few facilities. The kitchen and canteen will be supplanted by additional offices, and a coffee machine will be situated near the restroom. The grassy areas will make way for an outdoor seating area on the west and a meeting area on the east, both of which being surrounded by chairs. While the storeroom, the restroom, and existing offices will remain intact, all offices will be increased in size.
