However in the distribution process there was less attention on the technology in the first year. Unlike the first year in the second year there was a higher amount of money invested on technology, done by cutting the salaries of the officers and staff with the amount of money that was spent on construction and transport remaining unchanged.
Turning to the details, the main invester was the National Government with the second highest amount of money coming from Local taxes. Followed by other unspecified sources. The total budget was higher in 2018 than it was in 2017, with the respective figures of 318.6 £m and 304.7 £m. In terms of how the money was spent the salaries of the officers and the staff covering the biggest part of the chart in 2017 and later in the following year 2018, it was cut down up to 69%, spending 14% of the budget on technology. As for the buildings and transport the money that was spent in the both year there was no chance with 17%.
