Dear Jasmina,
I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to reach out and sincerely apologize for not returning the book. I borrowed from you english book on time. Moreover, I could not return your book on time because I had some problems of course, I will explain why.
I truly appreciate your genorisity in lending to me and I regret any inconvenience my delay have caused you.
Unfortunately, I got caught up with some unexpected work commitments that I have consumed most of my time lately . However , I wanted to give the book attention it deserves rather than just rushing through it.
That said ,I am almost done with it and would love to return it to you. Also, how about I drop it off this Sunday? I would be happy to meet yo for library as well if you have free time .
Thank you for your understanding . I am really sorry for the hold- up. Looking forward to catching up.
Yours faithfully,
Mamasharipova Zuhra.

The letter is somewhat logically organized, but the flow is disrupted by the inclusion of an unrelated workshop topic. Cohesion within the letter is adequate, but transitions between ideas could be smoother.

Suggestions
  • Ensure that each paragraph naturally leads to the next, maintaining a clear focus on the workshop topic.
  • Avoid introducing unrelated ideas or topics

The vocabulary used is appropriate for the context, but there are several instances of awkward or incorrect word choice. The use of more precise and varied vocabulary could enhance the letter.

The letter demonstrates a basic understanding of grammar, but there are numerous errors that hinder readability. Issues include incorrect verb forms, missing articles, and punctuation errors. Simplifying sentences and paying closer attention to grammatical rules would improve clarity.

The letter addresses the task of expressing gratitude and providing an explanation for not returning the book, but it deviates from the workshop theme by introducing unrelated topics. The letter lacks a clear connection to the workshop topic, which confuses the reader.

Suggestions
  • Stay focused on the workshop theme by using relevant vocabulary and discussing appropriate topics.
  • Ensure that each paragraph directly relates to the workshop and its objectives
