Overall, while Nickel had fell dramatically, Zinc had increased a bit. Despite these changes, Copper ended the year at the relatively same number to the opening.
From January to march, in the first quarter, Nickel’s price change dropped significantly from 6 to 1 percent while zinc had been increased from 1 to 2 percent. In the same period, Copper’s price change had decreased from 2 to around 0.5.
In the next period, from march to January, all the categories had been fallen, but the most significant one was for Nickel which had entered the negative changes indicates that the price of Nickel was cheaper compared to few months ago.
Furthermore, from January to October, all the metals had similar patterns, where at first they went up followed by a two month stagnation, and a drop at September.
In the last period, from October to December, while Nickel’s price changes rose significantly from -2 to 1 percent similar to Zinc, which increased from -1 to 2. Meanwhile, Copper remained the October at the same levels, but it rose 2 percent in the following month.
