It is important for everyone, including young people, to save money for their future. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

There is a view that people, irrespective of their age, should set their money aside for future purposes. I totally agree with this perspective, since doing so is beneficial as far as old-age health issues and other unforeseen circumstances are concerned.
As people age, health issues are likely to arise. Indeed, it is often financial constraints that prevent people from taking care of their health on time. As a result, they would suffer from compromised quality of life due to poor well-being. However, if they have savings, they can attend regular medical check-ups, averting preventable diseases early on. Some might argue that their children should be responsible to look after them. This assertion, however, fails to consider some individuals from low-income backgrounds. Due to high living costs today, they can barely cover the needs of their family, meaning they cannot go beyond their reach and provide their old relatives financially. Therefore, it is a sensible decision to save money to secure a carefree adulthood.
What is more, saving money up for the future is a way to prepare unpredictable situations in life, whether it be good or bad. For example, we might go bankrupt in our business or face problems whose solution heavily depends on our finance. The process of overcoming them passes easier when we have money saved for a long time, which otherwise we would feel stressed and depressed during such troubles. On top of that, people of all ages should set achievable goals that always keep them moving forward. However, working towards accomplishing them requires means beyond continuous efforts, which is money. This means whether we can turn our dreams into reality rely partly on our financial status. These all cases demonstrate the importance of putting money aside for future uses.
In conclusion, people, regardless of their age, should feel compelled to save their money so that they can use in the long run. This will help individuals care for their health, deal with life difficulties and attain their goals.
