The maps detail how a university sportscourtsarea has changed from 1990 to the present day. Looking from an overall perspective, it is readily apparent that the area has undergone alterations to allow for more activities. Additionally, the area has become more sports-focused, with a park and a car park replaced withcourtsand afitnesscentreerected.
In 1990, on the left side of the map were a park and a car park, both of which have now been replaced by basketball andtenniscourts, respectively. Thetenniscourts, which were located on the lowerrightside in 1990, have now doubled in number (from two to fourcourts).
On therightside of the map, there was an outdoor swimming pool, neighbouring a café and a reception. The outdoor pool has now been transformed into an indoor one, whereas both the reception and the café have remained unaltered. Finally, a newfitnesscentrehas been erected in the place of the relocatedtenniscourts, and the changing room has been lengthened and slightly moved to therightto line up directly above thefitnesscentre.
