Overall, the average price of house increased over the years despite showing a reduce in the middle of the given period. It is also obvious that country “A” experienced more dramatic growth among other countries.
In 1997, the average price of house in country “C” was approximately 100k dollars and this was followed by a gradual rise to about 240k dollars in 2007. After a significant drop in 2008, the price of house increased slightly to around 270k dollars in 2014.
In the first year, the price of house in A was about 120-150k dollars respectively. The price in A country showed a slight rise to around 200k dollars, after which it improved dramatically in 2003, reaching over 500k dollars, after a noticeable drop between 2004 and 2006, the price for house went up considerably from 2007 and 2014, reaching approximately 600k dollars. Country B showed a similar pattern, starting at around 130k dollars, the price of per house increased gradually until 2005 and reached about 400k dollars. Despite dropping significantly from 2005 and 2008, the price in country B experienced a considerable growth, reaching 500k dollars in 2014.
