The diagram shows the manufacturing of tea leaves by 5 different tea types.
Overall, it is apparent to notice that almost all types of teas goes through the same number of stages ( 6 stages) while manufacturing whereas the white tea has only 4 stages to be ready.
Firstly, all the types of teas grow till the tea leaves are ready to be plucked. Right after plucking the tea leaves, all tea leaves go through withering. For the next stage Green, Oolong and large leaf black tea are rolled specially. Additionally, steaming procedure is only acceptable for green tea before rolling it. At the same time, small leaf black tea is crushed until it looks like powder.
Following stage is to be the slight and full having fermentation for special teas leaves. White and green tea leaves are directly taken to oven before being ready. Slight fermentation is implemented to Oolong tea when both types of black tea leaves have full fermentation. Finally, after fermentation procedures, all 3 types of tea leaves are delivered to oven and got dried to be ready.
