Another suggest they need to be clear to work in other area if they want. I’m going to discuss both views . Working in your own city is a more comfortable and safety. If you want to work on abroad , you need to be ready for some difficulties.
Nowadays have their lovely job . In my opinion , the employers should work in their own country . But in some times the payment would be lower in your area than abroad.
