the bar charts compare the amount of attendents in education and science in developing and industrialised countries in a decade (1980-1990). overall, the industrialised countries recorded a high percentage every time rather than the developing countries. Additionally to this, all the trends showed improvement between 1980 and 1990.
in 1980, in developing countries the averagee of schooling was 3 years and in 1990, this figures rose slightly. On other hand, the years of schooling in industrialised countries up from 9 to 11 years. Regarding to scientists and technicans every thousand people, it is clear that, in the industrialised areas the numbers showed just over 40 people in 1980 and after a decade these figures up to nearly 70 people. By contrast, in developing countries, these type of people are only below 20 people in given the timeframe.
As spending on researches and development, there are considerable changes in 1980, nearly 150$ billions are allocated in industrialized countries and it doubled over 350$ billions. By contrast, in developing countries the money was decreased from 50$ to 25$ billions.
