The bar chart shows the amount of energy generated by wind in four countries from 1985 to 2000.

The bar chart provides information on how much wind energy was produced (in megawatts)by 4 different countries, being India,Denmark,Germany and US.
Overall, generally speaking, all the countries studied saw increases throughout given time.USA was distinctive as opposed other ones because of steady high statistics in 5 different years and USA was the highest almost every year, except 2000 which is the year Denmark witnessed a massive resurgence.
In 1985,USA was the leader in terms of producing wind energy, producing just over 1000 megawatts,as for other 3 countries, they were all around 300 megawatts. In 1990,there was an increase in all states but USA was still was the highest, with slightly more than 1500 megawatts and India and Denmark had similar results, being around 400 megawatts.
In 1995,Denmark obtained significantly more than India and Germany, with approximately 1300 which was the second highest result in 1995.The dominance of USA still continued, gaining just over 1500 megawatts which was marginally less than previous one, however, the most tremendous change was observed in Denmark, where the amount outstripped that of the USA by the end of the period in 2000.There was also a serious growth in the amount of wind energy produced by India, accounting for around 1300 megawatts and the lowest one was Germany, with just under 1000 megawatts.
