The bar chart shows the survey results about qualities that make managers good at their job, among business individuals in three years: 2010, 2015, and 2020. Respondents rated five qualities: responsibility, communication, transparency, empathy, and vision, up to 5, according to their importance.
Overall, responsibility and good communication were more important in the beginning of the span, while the other three became more crucial toward the end of the given time.
Good communication and being responsible were the most favored factors among survey participants at the beginning of the time in question. In 2010, responsibility was the most important quality that managers had according to people. They marked it 5, followed by good communication with others, which got 4 and was the second most important. Transparency was in third place with 3 marks, while vision and empathy only got 2 and 1, respectively.
As for the results of the survey in 2015, one quality, transparency, was added to the most favored qualities list, while vision and empathy were less important. The first three out of five qualities got equal grades of 4, whereas both empathy and vision graded 4.
Regarding to results of the 2015 survey, good communication, and responsibility were chosen as the most crucial qualities getting five, while vision and empathy became second on the list with 4 marks. Transparency downed to the third important factor in the same year receiving 3 marks from participants.
