Overall, it is clear that in 2000 many people were unable to go to work due to illness and family responsibilities, but 2005 and 2010 personal needs and unexpected problems were the main barrier that deter them goto work.
In detail, in 2000, 45% of respondents did not go to work because of illness, the figure saw decline 40% and 35% in 2005 and 2010 respectively. As for stress level, initially, it was lower in 2000 and 2005, around 5%, but by 2010 the trend gradually increased to about 13%.
Looking at the personal needs appointments, in 2000, 15% of workers did not go work which was relatively lower compared to 22% in 2005 and 20% in 2010.
As for family responsibilities, in 2005 more than 25% of workers were unable to work but the figure saw decline to around 23%. Considering unexpected problems (transport, weather) 10% of workers did not go work but the figure increased to more than 15% in 2005 and 2010.
