The charts below show local government expenditure in 2010 and 2015.

The diagram illustrates the local government outlay in 2010 and 2015. In general, education, pensions and healthcare show the same amount in both 2010 and 2015, being the highest in spending, while other categories show dynamic differences.
As it shown, Education, pensions and healthcare dominate in both of the charts, having 64% of the total in first chart and 60% in the second chart. Especially, Education spending decreased from 24% to 21%. Transport, culture and leisure and other outlays show the smallest proportion to the chart, having only 3, 2 and 1 percent for 2010 respectfully.
However, in 2015 the total spending for Defence fall down, and Welfare took up the position rising up to approximately the equal amount of 14% and 13% respectfully. Also, Interest on borrowing grown up twice of its original number, from 5% in 2010 and 10 for 2015. The other units stayed stable over this period, despite the small changes in transport and culture.
