After that, the proportion of staying in camping experienced a considerable decrease by 1998, dropping to 12%, while the percentage of staying at a hotel experienced a significant growth, increasing 22%. In 2008, the percentage of staying at a hotel remained unchanged at 22%, whereas the proportion of staying in camping declined only 1%, dropping to 12%.
