The diagrams break down the proportion of male and female employee in three various domains – industry, agriculture, and services – within the territory of country A and country B.
Overall, it is evident that in both countries service sector employs both men and women at a comparatively higher scale. In country B, agriculture houses significantly low number of male and female workers while the reverse is made up by country A.
Focusing first on the country A, as mentioned above service sector makes up relatively higher figures. Well above a half (56%) of men in this country are employed in Services, with Agriculture and Industry sharing the second and third ranks, accounting for 29% and 15%, respectively. The same pattern is the case for their counterparts, yet with different figures. In this regard, the gap between female workers in services and agriculture reduces noticeably, with the former constituting 49%, and the latter 43%. Women employed in industry accounts for less than a tenth – 8%.
Turning to the latter country, service sector also leads in the country, with men making up roughly two thirds, and women 88%. Whereas male workers in industry constitute almost a half of those in service sector, the number of men in agriculture is negligible, at 3%. Meanwhile, in this country industry and agriculture share the second and third places as to employing women, with 11%, and 1%, respectively.
