The diagram below illustrates how recycled paper is made.

The picture provides information about how to make recycled paper. Overall, there are four main stages involved in this process: making pulp, filtering, cleaning and making paper. Also, the process is simple one, which does not require too much time and equipment to complete.
The first stage of the process starts with the used paper which is being transferred by conveyor belt in a form of unfiltered pulp to a large pot that filled with water and chemicals. After being mixed with the liquid, the pulp is filtered so that it can be then polished more easily.
At the next stage, filtered pulp is poured into the basin stacked with water and soap, as well as air. There is a tube inside the basin in order to extract ink from the filtered paper. After which it is conveyed to mechanism which consists of chemical liquids. Once purified, the cleaned pulp is poured to the conveyor belt where it is flattened by heated rollers that cause the water evaporate.
