The diagram illustrate the step by step process of manufacturing ceramic pots, which involves several stages, from raw materials extraction to the production of finished ceramic pots. The process is a complex one, with the majority of the steps taking place and some equipment in the factory.
The process to begin with the raw materials are collected by heavy trucks. These materials are then delivered to the processing factory, where they are crushed into smaller pieces. In the next step, the water is added in a crushed material and mixed until clay is formed. Following the mixing process , clay is poured into molds to get the shape they want. After being dried 4-6 hours, clay pots are assembled. After then they are put inside the oven , where they are fired at 1000 degrees Celsius to harden the material. The next step is that once ceramic pots have been colored ans polished , they are then fired high temperature again. And finally the ceramic pots are ready for use.
