In 1991, immigration to USA was around 1400 and reahed a peak to 1800 in 2001. In 1993, number of immigrants to USA dramatically declined from 1800 to 600 and slightly go up in 1997. It remained stable between 1999 and 2000 before rising again.
In contract, CANADA and AFRICA levelled off at around 200 over a period until CANADA doubled to 400 in 2001.
