The line graph gives information about the population of people in the state of Oregon from 1940 to 2000. Overall, there is an upward trend all of these states, but in the Washington this statistic much higher than others such as Columbia and Yamhill.
Looking at the details, both of Columbia and Yamhill experienced almost the same process in the graph which the population of residents. In 1940, the Columbia accounted for about 25 thousand of population and then it increased to around 35 thousand in 1970. In the final year, it again rose around by 40 thousand which made up 75 thousand of population over 30-years. In addition, in the beginning of the period, 30 thousand of people lived in Yamhill and after it rose gradually to 40 thousand in 1970 before growing to 90 thousand of population in the final year.
Moving on to Washington state, it experienced a dramatically increase over 60-years. In the first year, 75 thousand of people inhabited in this state, and then the half of the period it grew by about 50 thousand which accounted for 125 thousand of population. In the following years, it increased sharply to approximately 250 thousand and it also recorded the highest point with around 250 thousand of people in 2000.
