By the present, the farmland has replaced by a golf course, while tennis court has been constructed on the site of the forest park. Housing in the northwest has expanded with additional houses built.
Along the southern side, the fish market has been replaced by apartments and fishing port has been removed. Shops near the hotel have been changed into restaurant and car park has been added next to the hotel. Additionally, the cafe along the coastline has remained unchanged.
