The two pictures illustrate one particular industrial site and the plans for future areas for houses. Overall, the area will see complete transformations and lose its
industrial features, with additional housing and parking facilities as well as a garden. The main roads that surround the area are planned to remain intact.
At present, the current rectangular industrial site is surrounded by main roads, with its amenities located inside. An access to the site from the north where there
is an entrance and a reception. While packing and storage areas are located in the western part of the site. There are six office buildings and a canteen to the
south of the location, next to which is a huge factory facility.
In 2025, major alterations are expected to happen to the area. While the original roads will remain intact, the facilities inside will no longer exist. Where six office buildings and a canteen stand, there will be parking garages. The packing and storage areas will be occupied by houses that will consist of three and four bedrooms. The main entrance with the reception will disappear and in this part of the site, and in their places, there will be two-bedroom apartments with a communal garden. The factory will make way for further apartment blocks, above which will be a parking lot.
