For instance, following the news is higher than 70% with all age groups, with 76% of teens and 30-year-olds using the Internet for this purpose. Online games and downloads were the activities popular among teens but not among adults. Secifically, 81% of teens use the online platforms for the former purpose, whereas 52% for the latter. Among adults, however, the percentage of people using the net for these reasons is comparatively lower: only 8-6% of the elderly download materials online.
The least popular activity is searching for people. Only 5% of teens do this activity online compared to 31% of 20 years old adults, which is the age category engaging in this activity most.
