In these two groups, the proportions of full-fat and low-fat butter are almost equal. Those aged 26 to 45 consume 19 g of butter, with the largest share being the low-fat type at 62%, compared to 38% for full-fat butter, whereas the youngest age group, with the lowest consumption at 12 g, has the opposite ratio of fat types.
