The table below shows the number of full-time students from India who studied at various universities in the UK in 2020/21 and 2021/22.

The table chart compares the number of Indian full-time students studying at six different universities in the United Kingdom from 2020/21 to 2021/22.
Overall, all universities saw an increase in the number of students from India, especially the BPP University received the most Indian students in the first year, while the situation changed only slightly in the following year. Meanwhile, Sheffield University initially was the least popular among Indian students, however the number of students increased almost twice in the next year.
Among all, it is the BPP University that got 3.505 students in 2020/21, which is the largest for that period, compared to Sheffield University, which accounted for just 815 students in the same period. As for the 2021/22, students at the former university were increased by approximately 47%, while the latter one experienced a 187.7% increase.
With regard to the other universities, the number of enrolled Indian students in the first year accounted from 1.100 to 2.500, with changes positively between 69% and 122% in the second year, with Coventry University, which had the most students (5.290) in the latter year.
