The table shows the distribution of water cubic metres (m^3) in 3 different sectors in six countries namely: Australia, Canada, China, Russia, Turkey and the UK. Overall , it is clear that agricultural water usage is the dominant in all six countries , while the domestic water usage is the lowest in most countries .China’s total water usage is the least of all while ,Canada’s is the most.
Firstly, Australia used 341 m^3 of water for the domestic water usage and it is the largest amount of all 6 countries, while its agricultural water usage is the lowest with 741m^3 of water used. China’s water usage in domestic and industrial sectors was the least with 26 and 71 m^3 respectively.
Secondly, while Russia and Turkey had one of the lowest domestic water usages ranging from 80 to 98 m^3.However, their industrial water usage was the highest among all countries. The UK’s usage of water was moderate in Agricultural sector and Industrial sectors, but domestic water usage was 38 m^3 ,being the second least.
