The two pie charts illustrate main sources of energy in the USA between 1980 and 1990.Overall, it is evident that oil was the first priority of energy in both the charts.
In the 1980, the consume of Oil was the highest, with 42 percent. Although it dropped by 9 percents in the 1990. However, the use of Hydroelectric power and Nuclear power remained on the lowest point with 5 percents respectively in 1980. Whereas, it can be seen that use of Nuclear power had rose to 10 percent in 1990.
It is clear that Natural gas as a source of energy remained stagnant throughout. Even though utilization of Coal to produce electricity had increase from 22 percent to 27 percent respectively, for the 1980 and 1990.
