topic: Some are of the opinion that people are naturally born as good leaders while others feel that leadership skills can be learned Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

There is debate over whether leadership skills are innate or some people argue that it can be learned during life. I personally side those who agree to acquire it from gaining experience in bad situations
The argument in favor of having genetic and psychological factors hold some merit. In child life, the genetic and psychological factors are crucial to be a leader to regulate a group or wave. Some people always criticize people’s leadership skills related to genetics. It plays a key role in personality and temperament. Psychologists always say that many leaders are born with emotional intelligence, enabling them to handle interpersonal dynamics effectively. Additionally, we can see the best example from history to prove leadership skills are inborn ability. Alexander the Great regulated their realm from a young age without learning skills from formal training even if they had a lot of best coaches to teach how to control and command many people as well as a large army.
That notwithstanding, I believe that all people acquired and obtained such kind of leadership skills from education and experiences. In real life, if we fall, it can be a good example to re-stand and to help to be better than the past when we have good conclusions. Today, in my country, many school teachers are teaching their own students to be good leaders and gain it to handle many people’s attractions. Learnable skills such as strategic thinking, conflict resolution and effective communications are being acquired by students. Leadership development in organizations are designed to enhance potential in individuals, proving that leadership can be cultivated.
To conclude, people may birth with any leadership skill, however, in experience and educational places, they always bolster and cultivate it to show better results
