Overall, the area has experienced substantial transformations, with the notable developments in apartment blocks and a shopping mall. while showcasing key facilities- a childcare center, a town hall, a library, street names, a park and a bank in the north-east corner, which have been preserved, whilst café has been completely replaced.
In 1990, the park and the town hall were located at the center, between which the library was situated. The café, located to the north of the park, contained several services, including a newsagent, grocer, baker, and the butcher. A childcare center was positioned behind café. The bank in the northeastern corner, while the second bank located on the left-hand side of the town center. Houses occupied the southern and southeastern parts of the area.
Since then, the town has been modernized, the shopping mall has been built to the north instead of shareholders’ café. The east bank was converted into a café. Houses were demolished to make way for apartment blocks. There have been constructed new crosswalks in the town center. The childcare center, the park, the library, the town hall, the bank which has been locate in the northern-east, street names were not subject to change.
