In 2006, Lynwich collage was mostly greener area. There was a highway which is located the north part and parking lot the north-east corner of collage. It can be seen library after car park, it used to connect to education buildings with small path. Moreover, huge sports fields were situated in south-east part. Additionally , it can be found a lot of tree in the collage campus.
By now, the collage had undergone a complete makeover. The most significant change is transportation system such as including bus station. The parking lot had marginally shrunk after that it is added bike storage. While the sports fields remain nearly, the library turned into a new sports centre. In the south-west corner some trees has gone and its place is library. The most noticeable improvement is erected a modern cafeteria in the middle of collage campus.
