Overall, it is clear that people usually eat nutrients in the evenings with dinner . Moreover the percentage of intake of sodium is the biggest in comparison with other nutrition products.
To start with , about 14% percent of people have a breakfast with sodium , whether the percentage of nutrient of added sugar and saturated fat is three times larger with respective figure of 42% . However, people consume 29% of sodium during the lunch as opposed to the percentage of sodium fat and added sugar .
As for the the figure of nutrients that are taken during the dinner , sodium is the most consumable (43% ) while the proportion for saturated fat and added sugar is slightly less , with respective figures of 37% and 23%. About 42 % of added sugar is taken with snack , making it three times bigger than sodium and sodium fat.
