In general, the current structure of the area is quite simple and clear, it has several roads leading to the factory buildings that are located on the sides of the shown ways.
It is worth noting that significant changes are ahead in the infrastructure of this zone. First of all ordinary routes that include one way from the main road to the factory constructions with a ring road, whereas prospective scheme includes more forks as it was, that enhance the area of this land, making it broader and more reachable.In addition, the new road will cross the river and thereby provide access to land beyond the river, while the current plan has this river as a border.
Furthermore, big changes affected the factory and what will be located on this land. Instead of factory buildings, the future land infrastructure will have seven houses. Delving into the details, there will be shops on the left side and a medical centre on the right side of the entrance road.By turning right along the circular road you will be able to get to the playground on the left side and also to the school, which will be located at the end of this road, in comparison with the current plan where the next plant building is located.
